		<description>To say nuclear energy may have some positives and negatives,like other alternative energies,  is to minimize the nuclear waste disposal problem. Taking that major negative into account, it is foolish to keep funding nuclear power as a source of energy, especially when the need to use solar,wind, ocean and many other natural power sources need more support to replace fossil fuels. Govt., policy is not intended to be a neutral, but must be a force in the right direction. Reversing a 30 year no new nuclear power plant policy is very short sighted and is calculated to appease the political opposition than to do &quot;good&quot; by the society.</description>
