Summary:
The Inside Sales | Service Representative role is to be the first line of contact for selling prospective accounts and sorting service calls to insure timely and appropriate management of all inquiries. The primary duty involves tracking, developing and following up on leads the organization generates based on marketing activities. In addition, this position will be the primary point of contact for service related calls, qualifying them for technical support, tracking and following up on the task completion and level of satisfaction.

Essential Functions:
  • Outbound and inbound account management by creating and delivering qualified chances to Accounts Managers;
  • Executing on a lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets;
  • Assisting Sales management to determine essential strategic approaches for sales;
  • Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization;
  • Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation;
  • Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM);
  • Manage all inbound product service requests;
  • Capturing of accurate and complete information in CRM (Epicor) for service inquiries;
  • Reporting as required on all sales and service activity. Collating and consolidating report on sales and service performance.
Technical Skills:
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Highly proficient level computer skills including Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook;
  • Excellent telephone sales personality skills;
  • Should be experienced in CRM software solutions;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Highly energetic and self-starter;
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills;
  • Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities;
  • Should be honest, assertive and systematic.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Electrical Engineering or Equivalent experience considered at the discretion of management.

Experience:
Three to five years' of relevant experience and training in Inside Sales.

Ideal candidates will have an electrical engineering background and knowledge of the latest software development trends as well as experience in writing software to interface to hardware such as sensors and machines.

Specific duties will include:
  • Research and contribute to the software product road map by evaluating the fitness of future platforms, libraries and potential software implementations;
  • Design, specify, develop, and test control software graphical user interfaces;
  • Develop software documentation using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code;
  • Develop methods and procedures for software validation ensuring conformance to the software engineering design requirements;
  • Assist in the maintenance of existing software systems.
Qualifications are as follows:
  • Five years’ experience in the field;
  • Microsoft Technologies – C#;
  • Javascript;
  • NodeJS;
  • MySQL;
  • Networking;
  • Communication protocols such as Modbus, CAN, DNP3;
  • 2+ years’ experience working on WPF.
Education:
Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering.

Summary:
Princeton Power Systems, a global energy storage solutions leader, located in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, is currently seeking an Electrical Engineer for power systems design and integration.

Qualified candidates should be team players, have good organizational skills, be proficient with using a computer, and have sound analytical problem-solving and documentation skills. Ideal candidates will have experience with specifying and designing power systems using switchgear, batteries for large scale energy storage, inverters, transformers and diesel generators.

Specific duties will include:
  • Design power systems using amongst Princeton Power products and assemblies and other equipment. These power systems include micro-grids with off-grid and on-grid capability, integrating distributed generation assets such as PV, batteries and generators, and associated distribution hardware;
  • Analyze systems for compliance with appropriate standards and industry best practices for safety and protection;
  • Create detailed one and three line wiring diagrams;
  • Specify components/equipment and generate bill of materials for such systems;
  • Creating system user, installation and maintenance manuals as well as troubleshooting guides and providing training to clients and technicians;
  • C# programming to set up integrated energy solutions and create written specifications for new or modifications existing software modules;
  • Integrate and interface with generator controllers;
  • Create detailed commissioning and test plans, bring-up/setup manuals and user manuals for integrated solutions;
  • Perform development testing as well as support factory acceptance testing;
  • Provide technical expertise during customer meetings in an "expert consultant" role.
Qualifications are as follows:
  • Five years’ professional experience;
  • Electrical Engineering Degree;
  • Experience with Inverters, PV, Energy Storage and Diesel Generators is a must;
  • Detailed knowledge of multiple battery technologies (li-ion, lead acid, etc) and experience with battery management systems (BMS’s);
  • Efficient using CAD software such as AutoCad, Creo;
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint , Project);
  • Knowledge about IEEE 1547 standard;
  • Knowledge about NEC standard;
  • Basic programming experience (ideally in C#).
Education:
Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

Summary:

Qualified candidates should be team players, have good organizational skills, be proficient with using a computer, and have sound analytical problem-solving and documentation skills. Ideal candidates will have experience in testing power electronic circuits and troubleshooting knowledge of electronic circuits at the components level.

Specific duties will include:
  • Perform electronic hardware tests in accordance with defined engineering procedures or guidelines under the direction of engineers;
  • Build engineering prototypes under the direction of an electrical engineer. Document prototype construction and maintains pertinent engineering records;
  • Assist engineers in the evaluation of new electronic components;
  • Assemble test fixtures, loads, and other components common to product development;
  • Provide support to engineering staff as needed;
  • Follow and improve R&D processes;
  • Independently perform FAT of various prototypes or new project developments (ESS, prototype inverters, assemblies).
Qualifications are as follows:
  • Five years’ experience in the field;
  • Minimum two-year electronic technology or related associate degree;
  • Working knowledge of modern analog and digital electronics and electronic circuits;
  • Familiarity with modern test equipment;
  • Strong writing and speaking skills;
  • Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities;
  • Ability to work cooperatively in team environment;
  • Be comfortable specifying components like DC/AC disconnects, fuses, power supplies or other electrical components that will meet all permitting, NEC and UL requirements and building complete BOMs;
  • Be comfortable with using advanced measurement equipment like power quality analyzers, data loggers and oscilloscopes;
  • Hands-on and needs to be prepared to build infrastructure in the test cells or expand on PPS facilities to be able to qualify our equipment. .
Education:
Associates Degree in Electronic Technology or related degree.

Experience:
Minimum five years' field experience.
