Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day sales of Princeton Power Systems energy storage solutions in a designated territory, through the development of distribution and EPC partnerships, proposal development to end users, marketing and project management.

Essential Functions:
  • Act as the first point of contact regarding new and potential projects; interface with customers on existing projects to determine and understand the breadth and extent of scope;
  • Interact with the customers via phone, e-mail and face-to-face to collect information about products, specifications, outage information and pricing requirements;
  • Create opportunities and develop new customers via cold call efforts;
  • Collaborate with other departments, mainly sales engineering to ensure timely responses to requests for quotes;
  • Communicate the financial details of a proposal to management through initial design and customer request;
  • Analyze data for the preparation and presentation of proposals to customers via email, hard copy, or face-to-face;
  • Conduct analysis and follow-up of proposals with customers to ensure full understanding of a project;
  • Foster and reinforce open communication between customers, peers and across the organization; making clear and concise oral and written presentations;
  • Communicate project overviews, timelines and status internally to management;
  • Maintain a broad understanding of the company's business, industry trends; continuously seek to improve processes and increase sales by researching and reviewing markets and potential sales opportunities;
  • Enter customer information and maintain CRM database;
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of your time with the majority being local and working independently from home office.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience considered at the discretion of management.

Experience:
Three to five years' experience in Sales or Marketing of capital equipment products.
Summary:
The Sales Technical Support Representative role is to be the first line of contact for selling prospective accounts and sorting service calls to insure timely and appropriate management of all inquiries. The primary duty involves tracking, developing and following up on leads the organization generates based on marketing activities. In addition, this position will be the primary point of contact for service related calls, qualifying them for technical support, tracking and following up on the task completion and level of satisfaction.

Essential Functions:
  • Outbound and inbound account management by creating and delivering qualified chances to Accounts Managers;
  • Executing on a lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets;
  • Assisting Sales management to determine essential strategic approaches for sales;
  • Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization;
  • Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation;
  • Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM);
  • Manage all inbound product service requests;
  • Capturing of accurate and complete information in CRM (Epicor) for service inquiries;
  • Reporting as required on all sales and service activity. Collating and consolidating report on sales and service performance.
Technical Skills:
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Highly proficient level computer skills including Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook;
  • Excellent telephone sales personality skills;
  • Should be experienced in CRM software solutions;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Highly energetic and self-starter;
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills;
  • Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities;
  • Should be honest, assertive and systematic.
